We keep your information as long as you have an active account. After you delete your account:

Animus is operated from the United Arab Emirates. Your data may be:

  • Processed by AI services in the United States
  • Transferred across borders to provide our service

When we transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure your data receives adequate protection. Our agreements with service providers include these contractual safeguards.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us immediately at legal@animus.so, and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

For UAE Residents

As Animus is operated from the United Arab Emirates, we adhere to UAE federal and local laws governing data processing and privacy. Stripe Payments

AI Providers

14. Do Not Track

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
